Tiruchanur is located 5 kilometers from the Tirupati temple. Sri Padmavathi Devi (Goddess Lakshmi) is the resident deity of the temple. It is said that one can only visit Tirupati temple right after going to Sri Padmavati Devi Temple because the deities of both temples are a couple.
