Mount Abu, situated on the Aravalli Ranges, it is the only hill station in Rajasthan. It was earlier known as Arbudaanchal and has been a popular retreat for people from India and all over the world for centuries. The cool and soothing climate even in the harshest heat of summers makes Mount Abu the summer capital of Rajasthan. During the peaks of its beauty you can see beautiful lakes, waterfalls and lush green forest covered hills with coniferous trees, herbs and flowering shrubs. It is believed that it has been home to many rishis munis (sages) and over 33 million Gods and Goddesses.

Dilwara Temple:
The Dilwara Jain Temples is one of the pious Jain pilgrimage centers and ofcourse most amazing and beautiful temples in the world. The temples are examples of magnificent architecture and the grandeur of human craftsmanship. Its interiors and stone carvings showcase architectural brilliance and aesthetics at its peak. Built between the period of 11th to 13th century A.D., it is belied that marble stones used for its construction were transported on elephant backs from the Arasoori Hills. The temple has five parts dedicated to five Jain Trithankaras:
• Shri Mahaveer Swami Temple
• Shri ParshavNath Temple
• Shri Nemi Nath Ji Temple
• Shri Rishabdaoji Temple
• Shri Adi Nath Temple
Achalgarh Fort: it is a medieval fort of Mount Abu that was built in year 1452 by Rana Kumbha, a valiant Rajput ruler of Mewar. Situated about 11km from Mount Abu, the fort is on the top of a hill from where you can have a glimpse of local Rajasthan.
Nakki Lake: It is a beautiful lake with amidst green Aravali hills and derives its name from the famous mythological story that lies behind the creation of this lake. The lake is often referred as the Jewel of Mount Abu. It is surrounded by hills, gardens and astonishing rock formations.
Mount Abu Wildlife Sanctuary: It is one of the popular places of tourist interests in Mount Abu. Located in one of the oldest mountain ranges of India, it was declared as a wildlife sanctuary in 1960 and is house of several species of animals and birds, including sambar, chinkara, grey jungle fowl, sloth bear and much more.
