Certain important points to be noted here:
One needs to report at least one hour prior to departure or reporting time stated. If you fail to do so, you will be considered as ‘No Show’ case and hence, your seats may be allotted to others; this is sole and reserved decision of the operator.
If any infant of age less than 2 years is included, there will be no charges of his/her trip, however, he would be carried on lap. If any dispute regarding his/her age arises, then only valid age proof will be considered.
No alterations of bookings once done will be entertained.
The gateways for payment available are CITI bank or HDFC bank. For an adult i.e. above 12 years, the fare is 699 INR per individual and for children falling in the age group of 2-12 years; the charge is 350 INR per individual. In case you wish to cancel your flight for any reason, read the following information corresponding to refund in case of cancellation:
• If the cancellation is made about 25-48 hours prior to departure, 500 INR will be deducted from the amount and rest is refunded.
• If time is 24 hours-1 hour prior to flight, half amount will be deducted and rest will be refunded.
• If cancellation is announced less than 1 hour prior to flight, no refund will be made and the case will be considered as No Show.
• If the flight is cancelled by operator, then full refund will be made.
